1. The language of the paper must be either Turkish, English, or Arabic.

2. Papers must be scientific, original, and not previously published.

3. Abstracts should clearly explain the topic and contain between 400 and 500 words. The abstract must include the scope and objectives of the research, the method, findings, and conclusions.

4. Keywords in Turkish, English, and Arabic should consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 words.

5. Full texts must include both Turkish and English abstracts at the beginning, briefly and clearly stating the topic. The paper should begin with an “Introduction” section that includes the purpose, scope, relevant literature, and research method, and should end with a “Discussion and Conclusion” section where the findings are evaluated.

6. The Turkish title must be written in all capital letters. The English title, as well as the words Abstract, Keywords, Özet, and Anahtar Kelimeler, should be written with only the first letters capitalized.

7. Full texts are expected to be between 3,000 and 5,000 words. An English abstract is required for Turkish full texts; a Turkish abstract is required for English and Arabic full texts.

8. Tables, figures, photographs, graphics, and illustrations must be numbered in sequence. Each word in their captions should begin with a capital letter, and table titles must be italicized. Abstracts should be written in 11-point font, and captions of tables, photos, figures, and footnotes should be in 10-point font.

9. After the title, the author’s name(s) should be centered without academic titles. The author’s title, institution, and e-mail address must be placed below the title.

10. Papers must be prepared on A4-size paper. Page margins should be 2.5 cm on all sides.

11. Texts must be written in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman font, 11-point size, with 1.5 line spacing. Paragraphs and references must have a 1.25 cm hanging indent.

12. Block quotations exceeding three lines must be italicized, in 10-point font, within quotation marks, with a 1.25 cm indent from the left and 0.5 cm from the right.

13. Submissions must comply with the Turkish Language Association (TDK) spelling and grammar rules. For Arabic works and author names, the Diyanet Islamic Encyclopedia (DİA) should be used as a reference.

14. The ISNAD Citation Style (2nd Edition) must be used for footnotes (at the bottom of the page) and references.

15. Papers that do not comply with the specified guidelines will not be evaluated.

16. All responsibility for the submitted papers rests with the author.

17. After the symposium, full-text papers will be published as international book chapters.

18. The similarity index of full texts, including the references, must not exceed 30%.

19. Abstracts and full texts submitted after the deadlines will not be considered for evaluation.
