.Hamsilos Bay: With its lush green forest and a sea that intrudes into the land like a river, Hamsilos Bay and its surroundings are a true natural wonder. This location, where green, blue, and tranquility intertwine, will be one of the most important stops in our travel program.
.Sinop Prison: Known as the “Alcatraz of Anatolia,” Sinop Prison has been used as a prison since the Ottoman period. Originally converted from an inner castle, many notable figures such as Crimean Khan II. Devlet Giray, Burhan Felek, and Sabahattin Ali were imprisoned here. Converted into a museum in 2000, this prison still carries traces of the past.
.Alaaddin Mosque and Pervane Madrasah: Named after the famous Seljuk sultan Alaaddin Keykubad, this mosque was built immediately after the conquest of Sinop in 1214. Adjacent to this structure, which bears traces of classical Seljuk architecture, is the Pervane Madrasah. This madrasah, used for religious education for many years, is now operated by local artisans under the General Directorate of Foundations.
.Lovers’ Street: Once a meeting point for lovers, both in the material and spiritual sense, Lovers’ Street is Sinop’s busiest street. Parallel to the coastal road, this street is not only the heart of Sinop but also an important stop on our tour due to its ambiance.
.Pasha Bastions: These are defensive structures located on the Sinop Peninsula, built during the Ottoman-Russian wars. The Pasha Bastions were originally constructed in the 19th century to prevent potential Russian naval attacks on the Sinop harbor and to ensure its security. However, they have now been transformed into a tourist attraction. With its historical texture and architectural features, the bastions are another significant location on our tour.
