Scientific Criteria: Submissions are expected to be original and comply with scientific criteria.
Abstract Length: Abstracts must be between 350 and 500 words.
Full Paper Length: Full-text book chapters must be between 3,000 and 5,000 words.
Presentation Time: Presentations will be limited to 15 minutes.
Late Submissions: Abstracts and full papers submitted after the deadlines will strictly not be considered for evaluation.
Symposium Format: The symposium will be held in a hybrid format. Participants must select either the “in-person” or “online” option on the application form.
Travel and Accommodation: Accommodation and transportation expenses are to be covered by the participants themselves.
